The Association of Deans and Directors of University Colleges and Undergraduate Studies is an organization of Deans and Directors (and their assistants and associates) from colleges or divisions that are enrollment units responsible for advising and other programs and services focused on improving the broad academic experiences of undergraduate students in higher education. The association provides professional development and networking opportunities for its members and other key stakeholders across the country.

AD&D exists to:

  • Establish a community of professional colleagues responsible for academic programs and services for undergraduates
  • Meet annually to exchange information and explore solutions to common problems related to student learning and academic success
