Annual AD&D Meeting Overview

The Association of Deans & Directors of University Colleges & Undergraduate Studies (AD&D) is excited to host its 39th Annual AD&D Meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina, in April 15-18, 2026. Be sure to mark your calendar and check back for more information!

Since the organization was founded, AD&D has offered its Annual Meeting to provide a forum for Deans, Directors, and other higher educational professionals from undergraduate studies and university college programs to network and dialogue on topics impacting student success.

Each year, participants from across the country come together for a “boutique” conference experience to receive timely information, get their questions answered, and to make impactful connections. This meeting is a must attend!

Just as championship teams adapt strategies to leverage every player’s strengths, higher education must unite faculty, advisors, support staff, and institutional leaders as a dynamic team. Each role is critical to executing emerging playbooks that drive student success. The 39th Annual Meeting, which will take place April 15-18, 2026, will equip attendees to foster collaboration across internal and external partners, and help ensure students advance from enrollment to career readiness.

Whether refining ‘pre-game prep’ for first-year students, deploying AI-augmented ‘coaching,’ or building ‘league partnerships’ with industry, our focus is on transforming responsive strategies into winning outcomes where every role matters and no participant is left on the sidelines.

Join us in Charlotte, North Carolina, to explore strategies for transforming responsive ideas into winning outcomes where every role matters!
